Many of my readers will know me as a London boy, a town mouse. The truth is, I grew up in the country. At this festive time of year, I always return home. Swaying trees, howling wind, dark afternoon landscapes and cosy fires delight my days.
May I take this opportunity to wish everyone a Happy New Year!

Hi Winston, I must say that this appears to be a well thought out ensemble albeit effortless on your part. If there is one thing I'm learning is that there is a time and place for all types of clothes. Thus qualifying even more the notion that clothes should be comfortable, but practical. Let me also say how much I am enjoying your articles in Men's Flair. Thanks, Mxolisi
That's nice! I also grew up in the country-side, albeit not in England (but near the city of Vienna).
Very nice, as usual. Though this photo made me realise what I've been thinking for a while now. I think you've mentioned before that you sometimes get mistaken for a homosexual. I think the reason is partially because you're slight in build. But another reason is the fit of your clothes, particularly your trousers, which often seem very tight. I'm not criticising you when I say this, just offering a suggestion as to why people might get the wrong idea. Though I could be totally wrong!
